Please check Queen's Hall's website for more up-to-date information.

Access Details

The Queen's Hall is accessible to wheelchair users via a ramp up to the front righthand entrance, next to the Box Office. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the righthand side of the corridor which leads directly from the accessible entrance down to the bar.

Please let the Box Office know if you need a wheelchair space when buying your ticket.

At present, the mezzanine level of the bar, the Hope Scott Room, is inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Please let the Box Office know when you buy your ticket if you are bringing a guide dog. They will try to seat you in an area that is comfortable for both you and your dog. If you'd prefer to leave your dog outside the auditorium, Ushers are always happy to have a furry friend to look after.

Please note that there are currently no cloakroom facilities.
