SUBSCRIPTIONS (MULTI-BUY DISCOUNT)

Customers can chose to purchase multiple concerts in one transaction via our online Subscription Form, the Subscription booking form in our Season Brochure or via the resubscription form sent to subscribers. Customers who subscribe (subscribers) receive a host of benefits including a discount off their subscription, based on the number of concerts they have subscribed to. The more concerts a customer subscribes to, the greater the discount they receive.

A subscriber can book subscriptions for multiple persons as long as all the people in the party are attending all the same concerts in the subscription. If people in the party wish to attend a different selection of main season concerts, separate subscription forms may have to be submitted. To ensure that party members are sitting near each other at the concerts they do attend together, subscribers can use the Linked Subscription function within the Online Subscription Form (see below).

On receipt of your subscription payment, we will pass your seating requirements to the venue Box Office who will endeavour to fulfil your requests. They will be in touch with you if there are any queries regarding your order and to post your tickets out to you.

SUBSCRIPTION TYPES

• A Full Price / Standard subscription is available for anyone.

• A Senior subscription is available for anyone 65+.

• A Disability subscription is available for anyone who is a blue badge holder or accompanies someone with a blue badge.

• A student / U26 subscription is for anyone who has a student ID or aged 19-26.

• Free tickets are available for Under 18s and full-time carers (subject to availability).

SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT LEVELS

Subscribe and save between 37% and 10%. The more concerts you book for, the more you save.

RESUBSCRIBERS' PREFERRED SEATS

Resubscribers’ Preferred seats are allocated before any others and those booking the most concerts get priority. Therefore, particular seats can never be guaranteed. If your preferred seats are not available for any of the concerts you have subscribed to, the Box Office will allocate the nearest, best alternatives.

SUBSCRIPTION TICKET DISPATCH DATES

Tickets bought as part of a subscription will be sent out by 1 June. For subscription forms received after this date, we will endeavour to get your tickets to you within 10 working days and in time for your first subscribed concert.

SUBSCRIPTION TICKET EXCHANGE

If a date becomes inconvenient, you can swap your tickets for another concert in the same Season in the same subscription price band.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS

You can purchase additional tickets along with your subscription tickets should you wish to bring a friend to a concert. Where possible, the box office will allocate you seats together.

LINKED SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you wish to sit next to a companion who will or has submitted a subscription form separately, or you are booking as part of a group and your companions wish to attend a different combination of concerts to each other, please provide us with the details of someone within the group when each subscription form is being submitted, and we will endeavour to sit you next to your companions.
Please note, we can only seat you next to your companions if you have all purchased the same price bands for the same concert locations.
You can only submit one subscription form per registered account, so you may have to create new accounts if you you wish to submit multiple subscription forms.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All card payments are processed through SagePay who secure your data with level 1 PCI DSS certification.

PAYING BY DIRECT DEBIT

Direct Debits are processed by SmartDebit who operate to the highest standards of security, from token-based data transfer to dedicated Tier 3 data centres.
