Customers can choose to purchase multiple concerts in one transaction using the booking form in our Season Brochure. Customers who purchase a Multibuy package receive a host of benefits including a discount off the price of their tickets, based on the number of concerts they are attending. The more concerts a customer attends, the greater the discount they receive.

A customer can book Multibuy packages for multiple persons as long as all the people in the party are attending all the same concerts. If people in the party wish to attend a different selection of concerts, separate booking forms may have to be submitted.

Customers attending 12 or more concerts the previous Season will have their seats reserved on their behalf and will be contacted over a 2 week period by a member of our booking team to arrange their booking for the upcoming Season.

Customers attending 11 concerts or fewer the previous Season can book their tickets online, by calling us on +44 (0)131 557 6800 or by returning a completed booking form to SCO Tickets, 4 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh EH7 5AB.

All concerts and events that you wish to attend should be included in your Multibuy booking. Any additional purchases will not be discounted or taken into consideration when renewing your booking for the next Season.

Multibuy tickets

A Full Price / Standard Multibuy is available for everyone, except in the following cases:

  • A Disability Multibuy is for anyone who is a blue badge holder or who has a registered disability.
  • A student / U26 Multibuy is for anyone who has a student ID or aged 19-26.
  • Free tickets are available for Under 18s and full-time carers (subject to availability).

Save between 10% and 25% by purchasing a Multibuy package. The more concerts you attend, the more you save.

Customers who booked 12 or more concerts via the SCO Subscription or Multibuy the previous Season will have their preferred seats reserved in advance of tickets being made available to anyone else. Particular seats can therefore never be guaranteed to anyone who booked 11 concerts or fewer the previous Season. If your preferred seats are not available for any of the concerts you wish to attend, we will allocate the nearest, best alternatives.

Tickets bought as part of a Multibuy will be sent out in early August. For Multibuy bookings received after this date, we will endeavour to get your tickets to you within 10 working days and in time for your first concert.

Tickets and Multibuys

All tickets are non refundable. In the event of a concert being cancelled, we will contact you and let you know the steps to follow.

Under The Charities Act 2011, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances. If you feel this applies to you, please contact us directly to discuss.

All additional fees, such as transaction or delivery fees, are exempt from refunds as the service has already been provided.

If you are unable to make a prebooked concert, we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a new date (within the same price band). Exchanges are accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the concert and are subject to availability.

You can purchase additional tickets along with your Multibuy tickets should you wish to bring a friend to a concert. Where possible, we will allocate these extra seats next to your own.

If you wish to sit next to a someone who will or has submitted a booking form separately, or you are booking as part of a group who are not all attending the same concerts, please provide us with the details of someone within the group when each subscription form is being submitted, and we will endeavour to seat you together.
Please note we can only seat you together if you all purchase tickets in the same price bands for the same concert locations.

Once the Multibuy package booking period has closed, we will send an allocation of seats to our receiving venues for sale. We can no longer sell a tickets for a seat once it has been allocated for sale at a venue box office, or request it back from the venue.
