
Gavin Reid elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh

We're delighted to announce that Gavin Reid, Chief Executive of the SCO, has been elected among the new Fellows of the Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE).
Established to provide independent expert advice to policymakers and inspire the next generation of innovative thinkers, the RSE is Scotland's National Academy, with a Fellowship of 1800 people from diverse fields: in addition to the arts, these include science, engineering, business and public service. Their ongoing dedication enhances Scotland’s research capabilities and leadership, fosters innovation, moulds public policies, elevates Scotland’s reputation on the global stage and empowers the public to engage actively in discussions concerning matters of national and international importance.
