New Vibe is a collaborative, creative music-making programme that supports young people experiencing mental health problems. New Vibe aims to encourage collaborative improvisation between those taking part where the focus is on the emphasis is on trying out new ideas, building confidence and enjoying making music together. With the support of our committed team of professional musicians, young people develop their abilities to compose, improvise and perform in a safe and supported environment.

Paul Griffiths is an internationally renowned music educationalist. His musical roots lie in Jazz, Rock and Funk but through a lifetime of collaboration and study he has developed a unique artistic voice and workshop style that transcends musical, social and cultural barriers. For over thirty years he has worked as a creative project leader with most of the leading UK and European Orchestras, Contemporary Music Ensembles, Jazz and World Music initiatives, Opera Companies, Arts Centres, International Festivals and Conservatoires.
