Join the VIBE in the Borders group as they perform their final works LIVE at the Melrose Corn Exchange as part of the Melrose Music Festival!

This FREE-to-attend performance is a culmination of the VIBE in the Borders workshops led by musicians from the SCO and guitarist, Paul Griffiths. The programme for the event will be advertised on the day and will feature numerous smaller groups and wider team performances.

What is VIBE in the Borders?

VIBE in the Borders, stems from the wider VIBE project and is led by musicians from the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. It is open to 11-18 year olds in the Borders. No auditions, no requirement to be able to read music, so whether you love jazz or trad, classical, pop, or hip-hop, whether you’ve been in a band for years, or just want to try something new, VIBE includes a range of musical styles and is a welcoming, fun and creative space for you to express yourself!
