Reaching new heights: 25 years with Pulsant

Business Partner, Pulsant, has been supporting the SCO for over 25 years, during which time they have helped the SCO keep on track with all the rapid changes in technology. Never has this been more important than over the last year when the reliability of Pulsant’s connectivity enabled the SCO to reach audiences through online performances and Creative Learning workshops.

The Covid-19 pandemic left the Scottish Chamber Orchestra unable to connect with live audiences following the cancellation of many of our planned events. Taking our performances online was the only answer and we were so grateful that Pulsant was able to support the SCO with broadband connectivity and web hosting to help us realise that goal.

Since June 2020, the SCO has been able to connect to audiences far wider than we had ever been able to previously, with our online watch time increasing 2300% and our social media impressions rising a further 600%, passing the 1.3million mark for the year.

The support of Pulsant in providing the digital underpinnings that allow the SCO to connect with audiences online has been wonderful, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their long-standing partnership and much appreciated investment in the SCO and the arts.
