No. 3 Viola

Job Description

The vision of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra is to be a world class orchestra that nurtures exceptional music making for all.

The SCO is seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the position of No.3 Viola. As a permanent Performing Member of the SCO, the successful applicant will be an integral member of Viola section and wider ensemble.

There will be two rounds of auditions. The first round will be an open call for (anonymous) digital submissions. The second round will be a live audition, to be held in Edinburgh in late 2026 (dates tbc).
