10.00am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and on concert evenings until 30 minutes after the event starts.
All major credit cards accepted.
Telephone and online bookings carry a £1 transaction fee. Tickets for collection are available from the Box Office from one hour before the performance.
Please note: An allocation of tickets for SCO concerts at the Usher Hall is available from the Usher Hall Box Office in person, by phone and online.

The Usher Hall is one of the world's finest concert halls. Situated on Lothian Road, just a 5 minute walk from Princes Street, the Grade A listed building is renowned for its excellent acoustics and beautiful decor. The Hall has recently undergone renovation, and its new glass extension provides an open, friendly space with a café and box office. Access to all levels is easier with the introduction of lifts and a stunning new spiral staircase, as well as significant improvements to cloakroom and washroom facilities.

Wheelchair accomodation is available. Parking spaces for blue badge holders are located across from the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Grindlay Street and in Cambridge Street across from the Traverse Theatre.
Guide dogs are welcome.
An induction loop is fitted for people with hearing difficulties. Please notify the box office when booking.
There is level access to the ground floor. There is lift access to all levels of the hall. Ten wheelchair spaces with companion seats are available in the stalls. There are two unisex accessible toilets available. Staff are available to assist.

The Usher Hall is on Lothian Road, in the west end of Edinburgh, between the Royal Lyceum and Traverse Theatres. The Hall is a 5 minute walk from Princes Street. Walking up Lothian Road from Princes Street, the Hall is on the left, opposite Festival Square. Many local bus services stop on Lothian Road, 25m from entrance.
