SCO Strings in Aalst

Aalst 1988

On the third day of the orchestra's 1988 tour of France and Belgium, the SCO Strings broke off to play a special concert in Aalst. Flautist David Nicholson was the soloist in a programme that featured Vivaldi's Flute Concerto in G minor and Concerto Grossos in B minor and A minor, plus Pergolesi's Flute Concerto in G and Corelli's Concerto Grosso in G. The SCO Strings were led by John Tunnell.
