Over the past few weeks our team at the SCO have loved meeting new students during fresher’s week and we have been reminded of just what a whirlwind the first weeks of student life can be.
Then in the blink of an eye freshers is over, reality hits and it feels like suddenly your time is filling up with lectures and mounting essay revision.
Positive effects of Classical Music
Research has found that listening to classical music can have positive impacts on focus and results as well as helping to relax after a busy day of work or studies!
With this in mind, we have picked out some of the most beautiful and relaxing works from our 19/20 season as well as some other mellow movements to help relax and refresh!
