Stan and Mabel and the Race for Space

Join the SCO Chamber Ensemble and the music-loving cat and dog duo Stan and Mabel for a fun-packed session of music and storytelling. Watch out for a carnival of animals as they escape from the School for Wild and Dangerous Animals in search of a safe place to call their home!

This concert is a sequel to our February 2022 show Stan and Mabel and includes irresistibly catchy songs with actions, ideal for engaging young children in orchestral music, as well as firing up their imaginations.

Enjoy this fabulous musical tale, written and illustrated by Jason Chapman, set to music by Paul Rissmann and presented by our very own SCO Violin Aisling O'Dea.

The performance is approx. 45 minutes long and ideal for ages 4 – 8.
