How do I sign up?

Applications are open through the form below. Places for some instruments are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. When your place is confirmed you will receive an email within one week which explains how to pay.

Sign up is for the full course of Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 June, despite the event listing above. If you can only make it to one day you can let us know through the form below.

Please note that recruitment ends on 3 June.

What instruments are we looking for?

We are still looking for strings, brass and piano - please spread the word if you know anyone who plays these instruments! Places for wind instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon) and percussion are now full.

How much does it cost?

£60 (standard) / £45 (senior) / £30 (low income, disabled, U26, student)

We do not want cost to be a barrier to attending our Come and Play event and will offer financial support to those who need it – we encourage you to get in touch to discuss on connect@sco.org.uk

Where does the course take place?

The course will take place in the One Touch Theatre, Eden Court, Inverness.

How will the course be structured?

The first morning will begin with the wind, brass and percussion separate to strings, before joining together for the remainder of the morning and all of Sunday. There will be a short play through of the music shortly before 1pm on Sunday 12 June.

Can under 18s take part?

If you are under the age of 18 and would like to take part in the course, please ask your parent or carer to get in touch with us at connect@sco.org.uk
