SCO Education has a wide-ranging programme of activity and there are plenty of ways to get involved! Discussion groups, study days, and a collaboration with The University of Edinburgh offer up many chances to learn about the SCO and the music we play. British Composer Award nomination

Composer Howard Moody has been shortlisted for a British Composer Award for his groundbreaking work, Moving Music, which was commissioned by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and Drake Music Scotland.

iCompose partner in People's Millions Final

SCO iCompose competition partner Drake Music Scotland is a finalist in the Big Lottery Fund People's Millions competition on Wednesday 25 November (STV 6-6.30pm) with a project which aims to create a recording studio in Craigmillar, Edinburgh for people with disabilities.
