Creative Learning

We aim to inspire and support creativity throughout Scotland’s communities. SCO Connect, our creative learning team, runs a wide-ranging, interactive programme for people of all ages and abilities.

There are opportunities for families to engage with the SCO at our Big Ears, Little Ears concerts and our unique SCO Family Days; for young people to compose and perform music through creative projects in schools and community venues; for students to develop their skills by participating in SCO Masterclasses and Creative Processes events; for adult musicians to enjoy music-making through Scrapers and Tooters and Vocal Weekends; for patients, families and staff to make and enjoy music through SCO ReConnect; and for adults to develop their love and understanding of music through Explore study days and Wider Connections talks.
